Mentoring - ad-hoc follow up session

Service Description

I worked in house in children's publishing for over 20 years, managing designers and and editors for over 10 of those and I loved nurturing and bringing out their creativity. Since leaving publishing, I have cpmpleted an MA in Children's Book Illustration, and have been mentoring creatives (like you). I love helping people delve into their creative practice, helping them unblock and find those ah-ha moments. In our session we will delve deep into who you are, what drives you and I will cater the session to really focus in on what you are looking for help with. Sessions are informal, playful, and a creative safe space. So, how can you use the time? Sessions could include: • Identifying goals • Discovering and troubleshooting creative blocks • Critical feedback on your work • Setting or identifying a specific goal and creating accountability • Troubleshooting a specific artistic technique, for example, drawing from life, colour or working in sketchbooks • Working on creative confidence Or simply a chance to have a chat and ask some questions in an informal way. What you are getting with an ad-hoc session: • One off and ad-hoc, pay as you go follow up sessions of 1 hour each. • You must have done an initial session to purchase a follow up one. • Benefit from an ongoing relationship, accountability and regular check-ins • WhatsApp/text messages for check ins and questions.
