Summer Sale Artwork #3

This piece is inspired by my love of Staffordshire and Derbyshire* ceramic figurines* - drawing and painting from them inspires me - I find stories and characters in each piece I paint, and I hope that they inspire the same in you!
 
* and sometimes miscellaneous ceramics or vintage books found at car boot sales, vintage fairs, charity shops etc...

- original artwork painted on Bockingford Hot Pressed Watercolour paper, 300 gsm.
- Gouache, pan pastel and ink
